when I used to get picture with my buddy's it gives me problem because i cant get the best capture the time only the two of us stay in one place. i need to find third man to take the photo. help..

Depends on which OS you are running.
On 10.3.0.xxx its in the Camera app, tap the Options icon (the three dots lower right) and select Timer.
On previous OS's you access the Options via swiping down from the top of the screen within the Camera app, but I don't remember if the Timer is built into the older OS's.
Otherwise, there is a Timer app in BlackBerry World:

still have my 10.2.1 OS, my free version of "camera timer" is already expired. i cant find the timer in the "settings" above when swiped down.

If you can wait about one more month, the official 10.3.1.xxxx OS will be out for your device which will add the built in Timer function.
Or, you can load a leaked/beta OS in the meantime.

You could always use the volume keys to take a picture, if you want to take a selfie
