    Hello, I am from Malaysia and I just updated to the 10.2.1.2941 software on my blackberry Z10.

    Now I can't unlock my phone because the keyboard isn't working plus I cant receive any incoming calls or any other messages. Is this because of the software or the device itself and is this normal or is it my phone?

    What should I do? It's driving me insane. HELP!

    Hi nasha, do as what above poster mentioned.
    If that doesn't work, reload OS via BlackBerry Link.
    Btw, after you've done, kindly pm me or add on here your BlackBerry pin so that I can add you to our BBM Malaysia group.
    Quite an active group and lots of helpful chaps around for your BlackBerry things.
