    I received a new userid and password to access the WIFI at the office and when I enter them my phone says: 'connection failed due to a network problem' and 'failed to authenticate'.
    Our IT dept is not familiar with Blackberry Z10 phones but believes it has something to do with clearing out the old SSID and re-entering. I can't clear out the SSID because it's greyed out on my phone.

    If you leave the range of the office Wi-Fi... does the SSID stay greyed out?
