    When I press the end call red button, the call often does not end. If I press down with tremendous pressure, sometimes that works.
    Does anyone else have this problem on the z10?

    Hey Elki,
    I've noticed that after pressing the END button it takes about 2 seconds to register the call has ended.
    Have you tried ending the call and just waiting to see if the call ends?

    Do NOT apply tremendous pressure. Lol. Just press softly. Wait. If nothing happens then there seems to be a hardware issue with your phone

    Yeah. I find that annoying as well.

    The buttons do not change colour until the action you want (hang up, turn on speaker phone, etc...) actually occurs, and that may be a few seconds after you press the button. So it appears that phone has not noticed the press... but it actually has.

    This seems to be a common issue on smartphones... had that on my iPhone and an S3...
    These things are not made for calling lol
