I have had my Z10 since February. I am with Rogers and use it for my work at local Hospital. My previous phone was a Bold. The Z10 has amazed me. The OS upgrades have improved my battery life and solved some minor issues that bothered me a bit. I have had not reboot issues, in fact, I have had no problems at all. Tried a Q10, it is nice, but I am hooked with my Zed. It's a keeper. Totally new concept. Rock solid, in my opinion.

Just wanted to add some information regarding browser click-to-call:
If the website developers would use proper programming in their contact-pages, this wouldn't be an issue.
For instance, search for a company in google and they have a proper "click-to-call" box next to the company name.
Using the "tel" tag is no harder than writing "href" and will give your visitors a nice phone/softphone interaction with their webpage.

So don't blame BlackBerry for not making up for other peoples laziness.
