    Hey guys, I'm trying to look inside my sub folders in my hub for Gmail but it's not showing anything. Am I doing something wrong?

    Ok, try hitting refresh from the side pop up menu and if this fails you might delete and recreate your Gmail on the phone...let me know what happens

    Go to Accounts, then to your email account, scroll down to Edit Folder Settings and make sure Sync all email folders is on. If you haven't done that already.

    I deleted my Gmail and tried it again and also went to setting and made sure it was checked and it is checked

    Switch to Yahoo or Outlook.com lol just kidding. I use both and have had none of the issues it seems Gmail users are having. Not a Gmail user myself so hopefully someone else can chime in and help you out further. I am at a loss. Sorry and good luck.

    Had not thought much about this until you mentioned it... mine didn't sync but I was able to add emails to the folder and then see them in the folder... my PlayBook use to do it automatically

    Yeah I can add emails as well but can't look at it from the hub. Could it be a Gmail problem or something?

    Do you have certain contacts set to distribute to different folders...If so, it should start doing it after you adjusted the settings...

    Are the correct folders for each account synched (in the settings > accounts)?

    What I added to my sub folder stayed in my Hub and when I deleted it from the Hub it deleted from the sub folder as well...

    I tried that on my phone and it worked fine as well. But all of my other emails that is in that folder does not show up. It just dawned on me that most of the emails I have on those sub folders are more than 30 days old. So could it be because of that I can't see them?

    Are the settings correct in the Hub Management settings, as in the folder in question is included in the accounts which are to be shown in Hub?

    Just asking, as this is different than the Hub screen, where you insert a "check" for the emails accounts to be shown currently, for management. In Hub Management, option is a Yes or No, for each account.

    Yes they are correct. I think it's not pulling up because the thirty day restrictions?!

    Sounds about right.

    I also have empty email accounts in the Hub which are linked to my BB, which were not empty in my former BB, due to the 30 day limitation. You can always send an email to the account in question to check.

    That's a good idea. Thanks. I just hope this gets fixed in 10.1. I guess until then, I'll go to my browser and download the attachment from their. Thanks all for the help
