Dear friends, since last week I have this issues:
1. Whatsapp only works when I go into the app, even if is on active frame I don't receive massages. Sometimes I reboot mi z10 works for some minutes and the problem persist, and also sometimes I get in the hub like I don't read a whatsapp message even that I put read message it is like no read.

2. Facebook is the same I lost all notification until I reboot my z10 and then I read it but will stay like unread, had to go over navigator on Facebook to see real time information.

3. Notification the same, sometimes there are in there others disappear.

I have a huge hub problem, I'm using Z10STL100-1/10.1.0.1720
Need some help, I can't find a 10.2 beta to try if this will solve the issues

Well you can try to just restart the Hub by swiping down diagonally five times from the top right corner.

I've experienced this problem when using the 1047 with sideloaded 1371 updated apps. Now with 10.2.0.1443 and the latest version of whatsapp the problem has gone. Maybe you can try updating your whatsapp first if you haven't done that. And if it's still persist, upgrade to 10.2.0.1443. This version of OS is awesome so far in my STL 100-2. My only problem is the battery only last maximum for 10 hours but since i'm also carrying a Battery charger bundle, that problem is not a big deal.

I've installed 10.2.0.1443 into a q5 and q10, owned by 2 of my colleagues. Both performs well and have no issues so far.

It seems a lot of people are having this problem right now. Myself included. Disable Facebook notifications and messages. Everything works fine.

I had this problem with 10.1.0.273... now with 10.1.0.4181 it seems to be working fine. Trust me bro, I went to the ends of the world to fix that back then, even called BlackBerry tech support. They offered nothing but a "Sorry".

I had the same issue and I solve it .

check the whatsapp application permission, give it access to "email and pin massages"

then reset the Hub by swiping 5 times from the right corner to the left corner downwards.

close whatsapp and run it again,

it should work

Many users still having this issue. If Facebook accoount added, HUB is getting failure.

Never had the WhatsApp issue. I have, however, had the Facebook one, notifications stay unread even if I've replied to them, and I've just decided to delete Facebook till I can find something out.

I'm on Leak 10.2.0.1743
