I thought zoe was before timeshift...

Meh, at the end of the day, it's running a crappy skinned version of android. If it was running BB10, I would've got it over the Z10 in a heartbeat. That is quite possible the most beautiful electronic device ever made to date. I really wish BlackBerry would've made the Z10 look that good. Hopefully the new phone Thorsten is excited about will look even half as nice as the HTC One does.
I was wrong it appears. But looks like zoe has more in common with story mode then timeshift

eh close but yet not the same. Many "time shift" type features are out there now. All do it a little diffferently
To be fair "Timeshift" features have been around a long time now. But they are starting to become standard features

Not just the time shift tho buh boy those devices look so much alike . or maybe I am just blind lol. The only difference are the speakers on HTC one
Tech companies steal all of the time. Apple steals all of the time, and they are stolen from all of the time. It's part of the industry and it's proof that not only do you need to innovate to succeed, but you need to have the best product. I think BBRY is all right in this case because the OS is just so good that it will be hard to rip off the feel and the fluidity that makes the BB10 OS so great.
Still, the HTC One is a beautiful device.
Agree with you on that....... But Apple on their part take things too far , talking about issue of suing
Yeah it beautiful because its 75% the Z10 lol
Anandtech estimated the design for the HTC One started around 18 months ago. So...no chance they took anything from the Z10.
If you go down this route, there are other phones that predate the Z10 that vaguely look similar too.
HTC time shift stinks.
They even try to copy Story Maker, they call it Zoe. But it's not even close

The HTC one looks great (it does look like a Z10), but the iFixIt tear down showed how flawed of a device it is. It is basically impossible to fix if their is an issue, like even a battery failure. Z10 is very fixable. HTC will continue to fade away losing to Samsung in the Android wars. Samsung GS4 will be out soon after the One is released, and will have Samsung's marketing power behind it.
Yup. It's better :)

Time shift is licensed technology by Scalado (which is owned by Nokia)...
Very true. Company's licenses many things out to each other. TAT designed nokias Meego, (which is owned by BlackBerry)

How can it be better if you can't even choose your own music, the Z10 Story Maker is way better.
Who's better? O.o

Time for lawsuit
Because im BatBerry
Batberry Z10
I think the speakers on the front of the white HTC One look horrible. I'm sure a black version would look even more like the Z10 because you wouldn't be able to see the speakers as well. And I hate how the camera and what I'm guessing is the proximity sensor are also on the top of the device, making them extremely visible on the white model. BlackBerry built these features into the glass/bezel.
I doubt there's anyone objective that would say the Z10 looks as good as the HTC One.
Look, this is a site skewed towards BB and proudly so, but we've got eyes for a reason...

I would say that it does and I'd think feels better, but everyone's different. I switched from the iPhone 5 and think the htc one is a beautiful device. I actually didnt like the blaxkberry when I seem photos it took holding one in person and feeling it in hand that made me switch, and I did that same day.
