If this is about apps do a search. This cannot be done. Apps can only be installed to internal memory. Everything else you can do through file manager or through your computer.

You can use the file manager or computer via wifi or usb. You can't transfer apps.

Pictures videos and music can be moved from device memory on the phone to its external memory card.... by using file manager as stated above.

Simply open the file manager app on the phone, on the bottom left corner select device. Then open the music folder, find the songs you want to move. Press and hold on a song, a new menu should Pop up.

Press the check mark icon and select all the songs. Then click the first icon with an arrow on it. This is the move option.

Then on the bottom left hit the back button, browse to the sd card, once you find the folder you want to move the music to hit the move icon and it should work.

Do the same for movies and pictures. Won't work for apps.

Also make sure mass storage mode is turned on in the settings or your computer won't see your sd card.

Umm mine is set to off and it works fine. From what I understand mass storage is for situations such as plugging your phone into a usb port in a car to play music etc.

You can use the usb cord that came with the phone to connect to your computer.
