    There is no way at the moment. Blackberry never enabled that for the OS. Someone else enabled it on a app ( He already made just waiting for BB to approve) with it but i rather have it built in instead.

    In the meantime, there is at least one app in BB World that will show you a percentage, and when minimized, keeps the percentage in the Active Frame.

    swipe down from the top on the home screen, tap SETTINGS.
    go to ABOUT, and on the 'category' drop down choose HARDWARE.
    Battery % will be at the bottom of the list.

    It is a bit of a pain to do it that way, but i guess it works for now

    Settings>about>hardware. This shows a percent down the list. Not really easy to get to, but if you really need it, there it is.

    If you want an app, Battery Watch shows the percentage.
    To take it one step further, I'd like the battery percentage to appear on the lock screen!

    I've added this option to my app BlackBerry World - Wallpaper Changer HD it will display on your home screen and lock screen. I submitted the new version yesterday it is awaiting approval from BB. If you've already purchased the app the upgrade will be free once approved by BB.

    Way simpler than the previous suggestions, just swipe up from the bottom of the screen - during the swipe the battery percentage is displayed instead of the icon. Surprised nobody mentioned this already.
