I don't think you can. Those settings are governed by the voice notes app itself, and on the setting for that app there is no option to save the resulting recording to the media card. It seems to save to the device memory with no user definable option to change that location.

A (less convenient) workaround that I use is to use the app called "Parrot" from Searing Media available in BlackBerry World:

Parrot - Voice Recorder - BlackBerry World

Other voice recording apps are available, but I have found Parrot to be the best.

So:
Set Parrot up to save recordings to the media card.

Record a voice note in Parrot.

Go to Remember.

Go to your remember task - or create a new one.

Add the Parrot voice note from the media card as an attachment to that task in remember.

I agree - not the most elegant of solutions but at this point I don't think there is another option.
