I am new to BB. One thing I can't find that I used to do in Android a lot is searching a text file. I can't find how to do that. I keep reference files in documents I need to search a lot for a phrase.
    Thanks

If it is a. Doc. File, open it up with docs to go, edit it and there should be a find option in either the bottom or side bar

That works. However I notice that when I open the document I have about a second to hit the edit button or it disappears. Is there a way to get back to edit mode if I miss it in that second?
    thanks

Just tap the open doc anywhere on the text and the options reappear.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks, I will get there. I'm not touching it right. I'm too old to learn new fangled finger movements. :-) I prefer buttons like my old phone had. Or dragging a mouse around also works.
