As the title says it all, how do I revert it back to the stock OS? Maybe this is why I'm not getting the update by OTA from my carrier because I'm on a leaked software.

You have to restore to factory settings in Link. I'm doing the same now.

I tried that but the Reload button in Link seems to be somehow stuck and doesn't work. I'm not sure what to do here. Do I have to reinstall Link or what.

I'm having the same problem trying to reload my original OS, before updating. But it doesn't wanna work at all, it will sit there for 2 hours saying its updating but doing nothing when plugged to link.

When I do OTA it finishes, resets my phone, then gets stuck at 100% for 1.5 hours. I've been trying to upgrade since 11 this morning, going nuts.

Restore to factory does not work and the reload link option does not work either.

If you have updated to the latest BlackBerry link, the reload option might not be working for you.

Read this thread thoroughly and see if that helps.

You have two choices. "soft bricking" your device or install the old BB Link, read the thread posted above.

I wish I would have saved the BB Link version 1.0.1.12 exe file.

Alright I'll see what I can do here with the instructions above. Hopefully I'll be able to go through it. Thanks for that Young Z!

I'm had this same issue. I actually just went back to stock earlier today
    I went from 10.1.0.1756 to 10.0.9.2743

    Follow these steps:

    1) Do what you did when you installed leaked OS

    -Turn off you phone
    -Connect to PC
    - Run autoloader

    2) During the "Writing" part of the autoloader, (Note:your BlackBerry LED will be green),disconnected phone from USB (Note: Do this before the "writing" process is done, I did mine in the beginning)

    - Your Z10 LED will blink red, this is ok

    3) Close autoloader and THEN replug your Z10

    4) Open BlackBerry Link, press your BlackBerry Z10 tab, press restore, and follow instructions from there
(Note: it doesn't matter what version of BlackBerry Link you have)

    I hope this helps
