What's a good app to monitor data usage. And or show which app is using the data?

The one your device came with. Device monitor works rather well.

Like Bla1ze said.. the builtin device monitor does a good job, especially in 10.3/10.3.1 with a built in data monitor for the device. For a 3rd party app like they have on Android and iOS. As I understand, BB hasn't yet released the API to developers to build something like that. hopefully in the near future.

Some screen captures of the built-in device monitor (data)

You would have to load a LEAK OS version. That is versions that may not be complete and has not been officially released by BB. Visit the OS Leak subforum and read about them.

Device monitor doesn't exist in 10.2? I'm fairly positive that it does...

Or are you saying that the distinction between mobile data and wifi doesn't exist in 10.2? Again, I'm fairly sure that it does

Let's not rush people into flashing leaks on their phones if it's not necessary

Yes, it does. Per app. There's no overall usage monitor built in to Device Monitor until 10.3. So anyone wanting to monitor their data usage would need to buy a 3rd party app, or install a 10.3 leak, or go into 10.2.1's device monitor and add up each app one by one.
