I like the 10.3 usage monitor, but I miss the android data monitor. the 10.3 native one is nice, but needs a few tweaks.

If you are not using 10.3, then plenty of apps were suggested. for me, the 10.3 native data monitor is good enough. It tells you data in total, and by app. By mobile usage, and by wifi. You can choose what day your data resets, and to give warnings or not.
