    I can not open BBW, I getting message : there was a problem and BlackBerry world must close. I tried all sorts of things to solve it including wiping out my Z10 and nothing helped. Carrier claims that on their end every thing is OK

    Try using Link to reload the OS. It will download a fresh copy from BlackBerry servers - the one on your device may be corrupted.

    Before doing this, check the regional settings on the phone to see if you have the right ones - it might solve the problem without reloading the OS.

    Mine just stopped working. Same error: encountered a problem and needs to close. Worked fine after update (T-Mobile 10.2.1) but now it has suddenly stopped working.
