My Z10 works great. Does everything I need. Since Sideloading isn't Rocket Science, 'Lack of Apps' is not something I find an issue.

I'll be dumping this useless z10 in feb when my upgrade comes around......this phone is a major step back from my last phone and that was an iPhone 4s.....can't imagine how much better the 5s is going to be than this junk.

BB can't even get email right on their platform...without work arounds....and sideloading apps that end up laggy and buggy....no thanks.

Maybe 10.2 will fix all this but its been a year since launch and now just catching up to market features? and still lacking basic popular native apps?

Yeah.....its a real shock BB is going out of business......they've made so many mistakes they deserve to. I just feel bad for all the employees that have to go down with the ship while the captains are billionaires and Thor gets a $50mil + pay out. Thats the real reason that NO ONE should be satisfied with a company like BB.

My Z10 is the best phone/smartphone that I have had and I have had a lot, my first was what some call a bag, car phone. I well reamber my first cell as the little black Nokia, had a really small screen.

The OS has a lot of potential, but BlackBerry stumbled out of the gate. I think after 10.2 is released, it'll be ok, but at this point I am not satisfied with this phone.

Z10 is fantastic,great battery life, flawless email, fast browser. I am not missing a single app that I need or in fact want. I'm over the age of 13 so that might explain it.

Still loving my Z10 which I've had since March and my Q10 which I've had since June.

I'm on 10.2 on both, and I want the Z30.

The lack of apps doesn't bug me much because I have an iPod touch, and just generally am not into many games. Really, the apps I use on my iPod are my banking one and Words With Friends. I now have Real Racing 3 on my Z10, which I love, and like...Angry Birds Star Wars and Where's My Water.

I'm sure if I didn't have an iPod touch and we're heavily into apps/games, I might be getting impatient with BlackBerry, but that's not the case for me, and I much prefer the ease of which I can do things like type, text, email, add calendar entries, tweet, and stuff like that on my Q10. My Z10 is a close second, but for me, nothing compares to the qwerty keyboard of a Z10.

I don't think I'll ever be over qwerty keyboards, to be honest. BB10 is great software (I'm on 10.2), and I'm now a slave to the Hub/peek/flow. I also have gotten great at using the Z10's keyboard, which is even better in 10.2, and whenever I'm on my iPod touch I find myself swiping back to delete, and missing the Z10 keyboard.

The Z10 rocks the OS is amazing even with some issues. Apps aren't an issue for me since the Web browser rocks. I just go to the site and handle my business. Since the recent updates here on TMOBILE USA I haven't had a problem. When I'm amongst my peers in the field my phone does what it's suppose to do. Where as battery life is an issue with all these devices. I hear the Z30 is rocking with some awesome battery life. This phone is an awesome piece of technology given the dated specs. BlackBerry 10 is Amazing.

The only reason I'd buy a new phone (git the Z10 in May) is when I'd get the Z30. Can't imagine myself switching to any other platform.

Like the z10 and the OS concept. But can´t afford to have a smartphonethat keeps rebooting by itself. This problem existed from start in March 10.0 via official 10.1 to right now (10.2.1723 leak) and nobody seems to care about it. i´m back to iphone as soon as possible, as the beautiful z10 is not a reliable device
