I was install path.apk in my z10 but when I want to register I can't upload my profile pict. its not compatible or bug in path.apk?

Then your question ISN'T how can I install Path. You already have path installed. It's just not working properly and as noted multiple of thousands of times, not all apps and features are going to be supported using Android apps. If you're that bent on using Path though, just update your profile pic using the site. The rest of the app works fine.
