Hi,

I have a problem. I turned on that warning message befor you start BBM Video Chat. The warning tells you "you are not on WiFi, do you want to continue?...."
I just found out that video Chat is using a lot of data! Does anyone can help me?

If I understand you correctly, you want to not make BBM calls and or BBM video chats on mobile network. If so, Go to BBM settings and set allow BBM calls to off. (I have it on in the screen capture). You will be able to make calls and video chat when connected to wifi.

No, I want to make calls on network, but I would like to have the warning message before I do it.

At the beginning I had that message. Than I hit the button "Do not show again"
So I would like to have that message back before I do the call.

Back up and security wipe your phone, that way it will reset it back to factory settings and you should have that option pop up again.

When I backup my data and after the security wipe I restore the backup, than everything is the same as before, right..... so nor real option. I hope I got it right.
