What do you mean by not working? What OS version are you on?

Do you have an Alpha Dev unit because the phone wasn't out until the very end of January/beginning of February at the earliest. You also need to have the official OS from at least 10.1 I believe to install Skype

I know this isn't a solution to ur problem and Not sure if this applies in the US(I'm in Canada). But I was on the BlackBerry website checking out the info on the Z10 and it had link about Skype where u can register ur device and get 3 months free world wide voice calling to landlines and mobiles.

Yes, it did apply to US customers. OS 10.1 is required.

Z10 model STL100-3, OS 10.1.0.2019. I really wouldn't bother. The Skype app is AWFUL. At best it works for 5 minnutes before freezing. At worst, it won't let me answer calls, doesn't recognize my contacts as online (when I can see they are on my PC), etc., etc. I know it is a 'preview' but they've had long enough to get a native version working. Extremely disappointing. (And yes, I posted a review on BlackBerry World saying the same.)

I am running 10.2.0.1371 and it works great. If you are on 10.1, you should look up the thread for Android runtime 810. Side load that with sachesi. Then load the Skype app. It will work great.

I agree, Skype is working much better with 10.2. Don't load 810 though, there is a new unlocked version that is a bit quicker than 810.

I agree. There is a thread in the Leaked BB10 OS Forum that has an Unlocked Android Runtime available. Download it.

After you sideload the new runtime, make sure you reboot for it to take effect, then download Skype Preview. It should work.
