    How do I get rid of it, it's so annoying I've put phone on silent and went to disable the sound through the notifications option but the sound is still there please help

    You'll need to reboot your device it's a small bug i had it happen to me when I initially installed Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.1762

    Yep, it was driving me nuts, but it looks like it's one of the things that's fixed by a reboot after installing the OS and all your apps.

    It's recommended for a lot of reasons anyways.
