so far i have no problem with my stl100-2. i am able to get 4G under Du even in Ras Al Khaimah. What kind sim your are using? did you cut your sim?
My Z10 was working fine and also getting 4G. It had 10.0.10.90 out of the box, when I installed 10.1.0.1880, it has also worked fine for 2 days, but then stopped connecting to BB service, I have tried everything since then, same result, on WiFi It *can* connect, however on radio alone, not!

Which APN setting are you using?

    APN: ?
    Username: ?
    Password: ?
    Auth type: PAP or CHAP?

    Thanks

YEEEES! I HAVE SOLVED THE ISSUE!

Here is what I did just, go to escreen (instructions here -> How to access the engineering (Help Me!) screen on BlackBerry 10 | CrackBerry.com)

Then click on 3GPP Radio > Utilities > click all the "press" bottons from below to up ) from Clear RPLMN to PS Attach.

    Voila!!!

it did happen to me once, what i did is that i access du blackberry website and use the detect new device button. originally it was my old 9860, after that it did detect my Z10. Since then everything flawlessly. APN settings are the same. APN = du, username=du and password = du

yes my 4G is working. note that 4G network for du is still localised, depend on the areas. You can check the areas coverage in Du website.

Du says LTE is only accessible by HTC One, iPhone 5, and Q10. No Z10.

If the Z10 is the STL100-1 it doesn't support 4G. That's the model sold here. If you have a STL100-2/3/4 then those devices support 4G but are not sold locally here on UAE

Hi - I am having the same issues and certainly this method fixes it - but only temporarily. Turning off the radio, rebooting, or otherwise disconnecting from the mobile network means you have to do this again each time. Unless your way fixed it permanently?

    Please let me know.
