im pretty sure there is not, are you talking about the volume when on a call, if so when your on a call press volume up button to go to max, its the only way to change that volume

For phone notifications / calls - not that I know of.
Fiio amps for music. Separate device. Apps where pre amp is available: Power AMP. Neutron, Jet Audio, Rock player, Many other players you can try. (Mostly Android)
