    I just installed best the I did I love it not waiting for AT&T all u have to do is download the file easy

    Once I download the file what do I do next I tap on the file and it doesn't do anything

    Use 7 zip to run it. The autoloader will basically give you a fresh new device so if you want to try and backup, then restore remember to do so prior to running the autoloader.

    Recommend the latest 10.3.1 leak.

    You need to plug your phone into a PC and the run it. There are lots of guides on here. Just do a search.

    This needs to be emphasized. If you use an Autoloader (a destructive OS loader - all data gets wiped) either make a backup so that you can restore stuff or be prepared to set up everything again. Now, some folks prefer starting from scratch that way they might not carry over issues that may have existed on the phone.

    You can also load the OS in a non-destructive manner using Saschesi - see the threads on that method, too. But even so, backup are still advised.
