    Look in the chrome extension store for one called bb10/playbook manager and install it. Put your phone in development mode (settings, security, Dev mode), then connect it to your computer. Open the chrome app and log into your phone, then it's as easy as drag and drop to sideload bar files.

    If you want to install apk files, make sure to be on OS 10.2.1 and side load a bar called Snap, can be found in a stickie in the leaked OS forum, that'll let you browse and install from Google play.

    that's the latest OS. With this installed you don't have to sideload anything. You can install direct form android markets. Makes life a lot easier.
