    I've seen picture of people moving their icons/apps around on the screen and also putting them into folders and sorted nicely. How do I do this?

    Just tap and hold an icon; when they start to shake you can move them around. To make a folder just hold one (when it's shaking) over top of another directly and it will create a folder.
