My browser is yet to crash I consume high data over it as well both the Z10 and Z30. Can't say the same of my 5S which is blue screening and rebooting every time I'm editing a document. Its my second replacement device with that problem

When was your last restart. Contrary to what you hear around here a reboot every couple of days keeps things running better.

Ya at least one a week, I don't think we will ever get away from this or battery pulls.

Do not pull the Battery, bad for BB10. Volume up and Volume down until you see it reboot.

Is it really Bad? I do it all the time on this STL1 device.

Maybe that's why I face so many difficulties

It's not recommended. Safer to do the restart or hard reset

Its not bobs, pulling the battery is like just unplugging your computer when it's on.

While there are two ways to boot my Tivo, one of them entails UNPLUGGING it. Just UNPLUG. There is NO on/off switch. There is a software reboot function on one of the menus but there is no way to turn it off.
