Any thoughts on how to get out of text messages when the keyboard is up? Yeah, I can swipe up but when I go back into Hub I am still in the text message? Do you actually have to lower the keyboard first, then hit back button to go back to the list of text messages then get back in the hub? I hope there is an easier way :-(

Swipe down starting just above the keyboard, then swipe right.

Umm can't you just swipe to the right without lowering the keyboard? Or maybe I don't fully understand

huhhhm im guessing you're new to the OS! you dont have to close that keyboard , the OS is heavily gesture based so in order to go back, you swipe to the right from anywhere in the screen except the keyboard area. get used to this gesture, it is quite common for most NATIVE apps to behave this way.

I always just tap in the message area somewhere and the keyboard goes away. Same for BBM and e-mail.

Swipe to right to go back is an awesome feature on bb10.

But it doesn't work for all situations which sucks.

You can also exit the keyboard by the two finger swipe down

Apart from tapping somewhere in the message area, you can also do this by two finger swiping down the keyboard itself. That will minimize it. Try it and see!

It can be tricky to do because the bezel is small on the right side of the phone, especially if you have a case on, but if you swipe from the right bezel to the middle of the screen you go to the main app screen (or active frames if you have any open) if you swipe from the middle of the screen ABOVE the keyboard to the right you will go into the HUB (or current notification area if you do not have the HUB selected). Hope this helps you out and good luck!

swipe up from the bottom bezel like you are trying to peek, but release and flick. this will take you back to your active frames or app grid. I do a quick diagonal flick from the bottom bezel. the only thing is it leaves the hub in your last message.
