    Planning on installing the latest leak, an do want to know how to restore all my contacts as I don't want them to get deleted? And when I resort all my apps, will I restore all of the apps?

    Do a complete backup on blackberry link, upgrade, restore from BlackBerry Link and everything should be good

    Wait! So when you backup in bblink, do you backup the contacts as well?

    If you backup AppData, it will back up your contacts, calendar and similar data. Most folks suggest NOT restoring Settings as they may be incompatible between OS versions.

    You can also possibly link your contacts with an email account, you can also use Sachesi to backup. A free 3rd party app, FireChest, can also backup and restore. I'd suggest trying to backup using two different methods just in case.
