Come on now, you know just as well as I that updates won't come until a year later if we are lucky. That's why we install leaks.
Complaining to them does nothing, not even when there was a security risk.
AT&T is conservative on their update schedule by design I'm sure. They do so to minimize customer service calls. All you need to do is read this forum to see the minor issues in so many of the OS releases to understand that. AT&T also wants to be sure the OS doesn't interfere with some of the restrictions it places on its service. The update they released is a solid OS.
If you want a different update, they are available. That is one of the beauties of a Blackberry, we can get updates from other carriers and install them on our own. I am currently using the latest from Rogers on my AT&T phone. It works well. The time spent complaining to AT&T could be better spent applying an update from another carrier.
