my kid entered the password 10 times so it block,then I switched of the phone.how can I unblock it?

It is not blocked. If the password has been incorrectly entered 10 times it is in the process of starting a security wipe. Once it finishes run through setup again and load your most recent backup. Hopefully you didn't lose too much data.

If the handset cycled through the security wipe, all the data will be lost.

I meant after the backup restore. Hopefully it was a recent backup with little lose of data.

I'll make one more suggestion. If the child did not type BLACKBERRY, then it would have paused before wiping/erasing the entire phone. So turn it on and see what state it is in. Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above
