[CrackBerry Question]

I just updated my Z-10. I don't know how they managed to make a bad phone worse. Does anyone know how to undo the update. I will spend what ever time I have on this earth slamming blackberry for there cowardly web site where they make sure you cannot complain to them.

I think the upgrade is great. More icons visible. Seems a bit faster generally and I like the contextual options that appear after an action (e.g. mark read). White keyboard is cool.

I have never understood the anger towards blackberry. I have seen and heard it and I know all the claims but they aren't material enough to get in a knot about them.

I like that you went straight to the point without ranting but maybe the issues you're having can be resolved if you mention them or search the forums. Unless they're just pure dislikes and not issues then there's probably no ways about it. I over all like the update. It's a good change towards a better os.

Hi I agree with swash99 let people know the issues you are having & maybe the community can guide you through it. I'm still learning more about this update almost daily. My experience has been a good one up to this point & for me it is like having a new phone. The community has answered many of my questions so with some info your experience may get turned around as well. Rocking 24-7 with my Z10 10.3.1.1565 & 16GB PlayBook.

You can either use an autoloader and use and old OS...or live with it for a few days...I'm sure it would be long before some of the issues are corrected
