    swipe down from the top of your Priv screen and touch the little gear icon in the top right corner to enter "settings"

    from "settings", go to "sound & notifications", go to "other sounds", notice "dial pad tones" and toggle it to "off"

    excellent choice of smartphone, the BlackBerry Priv is a very cool device, i sincerely hope you love it as much as i do

    Settings-language and input-feedback. You can pull the slider back to reduce the volume.

    It's possible to mute the dial pad when dialling as long long as you are on vibrate or meeting mode.

    for BlackBerry 10 you need to go into:

    - settings
    - language & input
    - feedback
    - keyboard feedback volume (turn it down or turn it up)

    there are other settings in there to play around with too

    hope that helps

    NOTE: if that doesn't work, then there is a problem

    it is a really nice phone

    at least now you'll know how to do it on a Priv, should you decide to upgrade LOL
