How do I retrieve contacts if my Z10 won't turn on?

phone died switched devices (not blackberry)

Not a lot of information to go on.
How did it die? If the Battery went dead Plug the Device back into a power source and hold down the button on top till it responds.It may take several seconds but it will respond.
