The phone seems to want my original password. I have attempted to reset it many times (too many) and it will not reset. I cannot update any apps on my phone (Z10). I am bout to throw this phone away. Help.

Pretty simple. You just go to BlackBerry ID - BlackBerry Login - Sign In to Apps & Services - US and look for the link to reset your password on the right side of the page
