I am trying to get photos off my phone.

Turn on USB mass storage and just drag and drop.

Fastest way, if you have a SD card on the Z10 and a card reader for the PC, move the photos to the SD card, pop out the SD card and put it into the PC card reader, copy the photos off.

Otherwise:
Connect the Z10 to a PC with the BlackBerry USB cable that came with the device (or any USB "data" cable that fits the ports):

• If the BlackBerry drivers are not installed on the PC, it will prompt to install them, this process takes some time but as long as the PC has an internet connection, it should be able to do it it's self.
• If the PC already has the drivers installed or has BlackBerry Link or Blend installed, the device should shortly become searchable on the PC and the device memory and SD card should mount as extra "drives" in Computer.

Navigate to the photo folder and copy the pictures off.

If the PC wont let drivers be installed or doesn't have Link or Blend, switch the Z10 to USB Mass Storage mode.

• Swipe down from the top, choose Settings/Storage and Access/scroll down to USB Mass Storage and switch it on.
• The Z10 should now act as an USB "thumb drive" and show up in Computer as an extra drive.

As above, navigate and copy the pictures off.

You can also use Dropbox or Box app on your phone, put the photos in the cloud, then log in to the Dropbox or Box website from your PC, and download them.
