I can not seem to get an MP3 file I have on my computer to my Z10.
Using the BlackBerry Link and can't seem to find file with it.
What am I doing wrong and is there another way?
Thanks!

Yup! This.

Over WiFi also, by turning on Storage and Access under Settings, and fire up Blackberry Device Manager in your PC. Just drag and drop in Windows Explorer from there.
Made title more descriptive!
This is not Itune shouldn't be that hard to drag and drop in to your phone.
Batberry Z10
Because you're batman!

Wouldn't Dropbox work?
I moved tunes using BlackBerry Link and usb from desktop to z10 and the music transferred but none will actually play on the phone - thoughts?

Delete music and try again?

Don't complicate things like you may need to do elsewhere. Turn WiFi sharing on and simply drag and drop as someone said - you'll see your Z10 as a computer having a shared network drive. No additional software needed.

What he said :)

CB10- BlackBerry Z10
Thanks everyone - I'll report back

enabling usb mass storage is the simplest way ... this feature would have to be turned off if you intend to sideload android apps ... Just remember, usb mass storage on, accesses the micro SD.. Off, accesses the phone's on board storage ..
"Drop Box" or "Box" would also work...

I like using a program called Dukto. I'm working with a developer who just recomipled it recently for the Z10. also it's on the Playbook, PC and Mac. Drag and drop, nice and easy to use.
I can't believe how no one knows this considering its my favorite feature and possibly biggest selling point on the OS as it was for the Playbook. And i really can't believe, or maybe i can, that the folks at BBRY aren't including these instructions in the box because it would help sell the phone. The easiest way to transfer mp3's, docs, pics, files whatever to the device is over wifi. NO NEED FOR ANY SOFTWARE AT ALL, other than Windows. I will make a guide with screen shots but from the phone, go to SETTINGS, then scroll down to STORAGE AND ACCESS, turn on 'Access using Wi-Fi', it will prompt you to create a password and you can change the name of the phone if you want. Then go back to the previous page and scroll to the top and click on ABOUT. Assuming you are connected to Wi-Fi and on a computer on that same network, click the top where it says CATEGORY and choose NETWORK. Make note of your IP address. eg 192.168.1.x. Now open up any windows explorer window on your PC. It could be my documents, computer, or any folder. In the address bar of that folder, click it and erase everything and type \\YOURPHONESIPADDRESS, eg. \\192.168.1.5 Your phone's entire folder structure will open. Drag and drop songs in the music folder, pictures into the photos or camera folder, videos etc etc. BOOM, BB10 FTW
Wow and i just realized that a feature that was disabled by an update on the Playbook actually works on the Z10 now. Now instead of typing the IP address like \\192.168.1.x, you can just type the name of the phone, \\philsphone
Anywhere you go you can connect to the wireless router where you are, do that and transfer photos, vids, whatever
Wanted to thank all for the replies.
I have solved this one ~ for now! (giggle)
there's a much easier way to do this....wow.
