Anticipating the release of 10.2.1, I would like to fresh install (wipe) my Z10.

How do I do that using Link?

in iOS, it's easy, just click restore in iTunes, and it will wipe it clean, rather than upgrade / update.

Can I do the same 'restore' with Link?

    Thanks.

I presume you are running 10.2.1.1925 otherwise you don't need to do anything.

You can restore to the current official OS of your provider using BBLink. Reload Device Software click the Reload button and this will replace the leak you are running with the providers current version.

You could do that now and you will have the 10.1 or whatever is their current version and whenever they release the new 10.2 you will get the OTA update or you can wait until the update is released and use BBLink to Reload and it will load the 10.2. release.

No, I do not meant security wipe. Security wipe is just erasing your phone data and make it factory reset. What I meant is to completely erase the phone OS and then reinstall (in Windows world, it is to format the HD and fresh install the Windows OS)

My Z10 does not run leaks. My Z10 only runs official OS, so now my Z10 has 10.1.

    Thanks.

OK so don't do anything and when your carrier releases the OTA upgrade it will erase the current OS and install the new 10.2 version.
