    Can I and if so, how do I disable the MS lync function from my Z10? This is a work phone and it is replicating all my contacts. It's also not letting me access my contacts if it even thinks it is a work contact (which often it is not), without unlocking my work screen.

    Lync is tied through Exchange so you can't remove it unless you have the option still open to not sync contacts.
