    mine on Z10/STL 2 on OS 10.2.2.1532. i have gmail account and attached file. i cant deleted attached docs .the docs not in SD and cant find in files manager .anyone's experience has this issue. Please advise. Thank you.

    The "Attachments" view is a filtered list of files attached to the email messages synced to your device. This isn't a bug or an issue.

    Have you tried a hard reset, and it might be your os , I found that 10.2.2 terrible on my Z30.

    i have been hard reset .cannot solve. The previous OS 10.2.1 had these bugs too. Mine Z10 on 10.2.2 is well working . I have to wait for BlackBerry to fix the bugs. Thank you for advised.

    i have accessed to gmail account and deleted specify attached doc. i have been reset device but the doc was intact .I dont know has others function to delete doc. please advise.thank you

    I don't understand. You are trying to delete an attachment in a email you received without deleting the email?
