If this has been covered elsewhere, sorry, but I could not find any thread.

I'm running a 10.3 leak and all of my contacts are hosed...multiple instances of the same contact, contacts not showing up in the correct "section" of the alphabet (several contacts beginning with "C" located under the "B" section).

Is there a way to delete ALL contacts at one time?

To delete all Local Contacts stored on device, go to Settings > Accounts. Tap the overflow menu (3 vertical dots at bottom right), and select "Clear Local Contacts". They will be permanently gone.

To get rid of any from synced accounts such as Facebook, Gmail, etc., you'll have to go to Accounts and delete the account(s) there.

Hopefully you have a good backup from which you can restore your contacts. Good luck.
