    I been receiving direct messages from few of my contacts, but I don't get any notification, can someone please help me setup this feature correctly so I can receive notification every time I get a new direct message, thanks

    Sorry the refresh hub is for BlackBerry Face10. Do make sure your settings is like this.

    Click the notifications you want, the hit force hub reset and it will reset the system. After that you'll be back to working good.
