Hello,

I have email notifications that won't disappear on my home screen even though I have gone through the hub and there is nothing un-opened. This is the screen when you first wake the phone up (but before you scroll up from the bottom to access hub/tiles) Any ideas?

I have the same issue, its driving me crazy, I cant find what to do to get rid of it. All e-mails in both of my mail folders are red.

I had one on my lock screen...BATTERY PULL fixed it

Try this. Go all the way to the top of your hub, press and hold the date right on top of the first post (it's a little tricky), and "mark prior read" should be one of the options that comes up. Click that.

If that doesn't work, swipe right on the hub, and a list of all your accounts should appear. Is there a number under any of them?

Took more than one reboot but it worked
