Ok... i just discovered this while i was trying to move around apps. not sure if anyone has posted this before but i'll post it anyway.

To create a folder to bunch up all or some of your apps you have to:

1. Tap and hold an app until all apps begin to shake.
2.drag an app to another app that you want to put in the same folder.
3. You'll be prompted to name the folder.
