Apologies if this has been discussed before, I've searched, but couldn't find any post about it:

Is there a way to copy and paste (so basically e.g. replicate) an event in my calendar by copying it and pasting it on another day? (like it works e.g. on the 9700)

It's a handy feature, and seeing as the OS has a lot of clipboard features, I would imagine this is possible, only I couldn't figure out how.

    Thanks in advance.

No but....Calendar > the day of your appointment > tap on appointment > edit > change date > save

Thanks, but that just changes the appointment, it doesn't duplicate it. I guess I'll have to create new entries every time unless this is added as a feature in the future.

you can do that too: calendar > the day of your appointment > tap on the appointment > edit > recurrence ; then you'll see none, daily, weekly, mothnly, and yearly
