    My os is 10.2. I want to upgrade to 10.3. But my z10 shows no 10.3 update. My model is stl-100. Can u help me.

    Take some time and read a few post...

    Sachesi can get you an OTA update like update without losing any data.

    Personally I'd download an Auto Loader and do a clean install as there are "usually" fewer issues.

    Ill suggest you use an Autoloader like I used around a month ago to get 10.3. It has been working great now with zero bugs and improved battery life.
