    i tried upgrading my os to 10.3 but am seeing that 'you have the latest update. please do i do? My phone is blackberry z10 with model number STL100-3.

    What is your current OS? Is your carrier released an update in your region?

    If nothing is available, try OS Leak section in this forum where you can plenty of options to upgrade.
