    Is it possible to stop my blackberry z10 from vibrating at night if i receive an email .I as a senior and not so rech savie but I just this phone otherwise?

    Depending on which profile you're on, disable vibrate like so:

    Settings > Notifications > Profiles > {profile name} > Customize App Notifications > Email Messages > {your email acount(s)} > Vibrate to Off
