How can I save an email messages into SD card on Z10

There is no direct way to store emails on your sd card, nor is there a way to open email messages that might be on the media card. May I ask why you think this is necessary? Then perhaps we can give some specific advice that might meet your needs.

Has anyone tried using a K9 Port to "archive" their emails. Not an ideal solution I know, but a possible work around.

That would be a good idea in order to move previous emails stored solely to our legacy devices.
Unfortunately I don't think there exists such a way.

You can do this now with the app "Exporter". It supports saving both Emails & SMS messages into your SD card, cloud storage & file system, as well as sharing them to your contacts via BBM, WhatsApp, etc.
