    Z10 is dead, tried to reload OS but BB Link wont recognize the phone. Have already re-installed Link/Blend to PC, taken down firewalls & anti-virus, have disabled the USB power management, have tried different USB ports, tried different cable, tried holding power down for 10 seconds, tried battery in/out. Any new suggestions to break thru?

    Is the phone powered down and won't even start? Are any LEDs flashing?
